Reservations for day hunts at Long Straw Ranch can be made online through our relationship with the secure web‑based payment service, PayPal.
Begin by selecting the type of hunt, number of participants, and the requested date in the form below (we are open November 1 through March 15th). You can pay the full amount due for your selected hunt or you can secure a reservation with a 25% deposit. Next, click the "Pay Now" button, which takes you to our PayPal payments page. On that page, you'll be able to finalize the hunting reservations and make a secure credit card payment for the full amount due or deposit.
When you are done, PayPal will return you to the Long Straw Ranch web site.
Note: Hunting reservations are required at least two weeks in advance of your requested hunt date so we can secure the requested combination of game birds and arrangement for dogs, guides, food, etc.
Electronic reservations for Long Straw Ranch activities are processed in conjunction with our parent company, Bentley Farms. Following electronic payments to Long Straw Ranch via PayPal, your credit card statement will reflect billing by Bentley Farms Inc.
Cancellations: If you must cancel a reservation, please notify us by phone at least 48 hours prior to your hunt date. Because of the costs of set-up (birds, hunting dogs, guides, etc.) we will be unable to refund deposits for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled hunt for reasons OTHER than inclement weather. Thank you for your understanding!
If you need to schedule activities at Long Straw Ranch with groups larger than nine participants, please call or e-mail us to discuss arrangements and options.
